2 months and a half have passed since I became an owner of 1 furrow at the neighboring village.
And at long last today(7-14) I went up there to harvest the potatoes.
That village is 400 meters above the sea level, on the other hand my village 35meters. The advantage of this high sea level regarding the agriculture is that temperature difference between the daytime and night is very extreme. This makes the vegetable's flavor more condensed and far more delicious. Though it was just 1 furrow, but its length was 15 meters. I harvested more than 40 kilos! Great harvest! Hopefully my guests would enjoy the dishes such as potato gratin, gnocchi, meat and potatoes, saute with garlic and rosemary, powder fukiimo and so on.
